gm gm,
Happy Thanksgiving to our readers celebrating in the US! To everyone around the world, we hope this season brings light and rest as the year winds down.
This is our fourth year writing Web3ForGood during the holiday season, and we still feel so lucky every week that this community shows up, reads, replies, shares, and keeps this hopeful conversation alive. Thank you for giving us a place in your inbox and in your thinking. We couldn’t do it without you.
Keeping with a tradition we started four years ago, we’ve created our annual list of the people, projects, and ideas that we are thankful for this year. It’s one of our favorite lists to write, and we hope it brings you a little inspiration too.
WAGMI (we are going to make an impact!)
🫶 What We’re Thankful for in 2025

Funding the Commons for continuing to host thoughtful, impactful events, (including an amazing event in San Francisco that we attended earlier this year).
Crypto Altruists for creating incredible, informative content every week that we love to share with our readers.
Our friends from Women in ReFi, Coleen, Tereza, Maya for cheering us on, inspiring us, and being there for us.
Kernel and the Kernel community for continuing to push the limits of our thinking and our vision of hope for what’s possible.
The SheFi community for connecting us to friends all over the world (hi to all the SheFi-ers we met in Paris 👋)
@civilmonkey for unending support, contributions, connections, and friendship.
Boys Club Live for being “too online,” so we don’t have to be.
Octant Epoch 9, focusing on Ethereum Stories, for acknowledging the creators who connect the builders with the rest of the world, AND for funding our friends.
