gm gm,
One year ago today… we pressed send and put out the first ever edition of the Web3ForGood newsletter! Remember this?? Wow, we have come a long way, and not just in terms of formatting and content.
What started out as a fun side project for us to share how emerging Web3 tech could be used for good with each other has since grown beyond anything we ever imagined. TBH we weren’t sure if anyone else would care… but it turns out people do care, a lot! Web3ForGood began as a media project, but if we’ve learned anything in the past year of publishing *every week*, it’s this: Web3ForGood is a COMMUNITY, and it wouldn’t exist without all of you.
So what’s next?! We’re going all in — on media, on community, and on making sure your stories and projects are known to the world. In the next few weeks, we’ll be unveiling the new Web3ForGood logo and visual brand. Then, stay tuned for the launch of our first website. You asked for a permanent home for job postings, events, and content, and we heard you. We’re forming big partnerships, planning future events, and finalizing the details on our editorial calendar to bring you more of the original content you’ve come to love.
Most importantly, we’re not going to stop pressing send here every week, delivering everything you need to know about what’s happening at the intersection of Web3 and social impact right to your inbox. Just like you’ve come to expect for one year straight. Thank you for being here / opening / reading / responding.
Here’s to the next year, and beyond 🚀🌕
WAGMI (we are going to make an impact)
xx Abeera & Sam
